Islam gave women the right to education, to marry someone of their choice, to retain their identity after marriage, to work, to own and sell property, to seek protection by the law, to vote, and to participate in civic and political engagement.
QKIC have a strong Women's wing. It gives its members the opportunity to enrich their lives through community service, outreach, and personal development. By empowering women today, we invest in a better tomorrow, for all. One of the primary functions of the wing is to provide Muslim women a platform for expressing their aspirations and opinions on matters directly affecting their lives.
The major activities are Dawa among ladies’ community, monthly special Dawa classes on special topics, Quran classes for ladies, family outing/trips with children, etc.
